How to block someone on myspace
Blocking someone on myspace using 2.0, or 1.0, is an easy process. The person you block won't be notified when you block them. They are taken out of your friends, and youre also taken out of theirs. They can't message you, send a friend request or comment you. They can still see when you're online, unless you've set your profile to private.
To block someone, go onto their profile and go right down to the bottom where it has those little blue myspace links. The 5th link will say 'Block User'. Click this to remove the person from your myspace & block any contact.
After you've clicked the link outlined in red above, it will come up with a block 'confirmation' sort of thing. Click 'Block this user'.
Sometimes, people have these links hidden. This is actually against myspace rules, and you can report them for abuse (possibly getting their myspace deleted) - if you really intensely dislike them ;)
To block the person when they have their links hidden, go up to the URL bar where it has their myspace internet address. Copy this address by highlighting it, right clicking and pressing 'Copy'.
Click HERE, and at the bottom of the page is has a form saying "Block a user via profile URL:"
In the box beside this, paste (right click, paste) the URL. Then click the block button!
